"We needed to sell our Oldsmar home to move to Trinity. We didn't have an agent in mind so when we asked members of our church, they highly recommended Bob Lipply. We were thrilled when our home sold in 7 days and was of the highest three homes compared to similar homes in our subdivision. Things got complicated though and recalling it all literally brought me tears as I wrote this. All I have to do to understand the magnitude of what Bob did is to think of how different this would have all been had we done a FSBO, used another agent, or gone with BuyOwner.com. Five days before the closing on the Oldsmar home I was suddenly hospitalized. Three days after that Hurricane Jeanne ripped through our neighborhood evacuating my pregnant wife. Our new home in Trinity was supposed to close shortly after that. Bob visited our family to comfort me at the hospital. He was there to support my pregnant wife through the still unfinished packing and moving of our stuff in the midst of the hurricane. He worked with the agents and title companies to a penalty free closing, all while I was hospitalized. Through all of that, Bob's efforts personally and professionally were consummately miraculous. Both homes were closed on time and everyone was happy. So if someone should ask me personally I will always remember the "above and beyond" effort Bob made. To this day, my imagination just cannot conceive an agent who would be so committed as to go through that extent to make sure we were taken care of. What more can I say about Bob Lipply?"
